Lauryl Hydroxysultaine (LHSB), as a high
standard surfactant, is always be used in mid-high grade shampoo, bath liquid,
it is the major composition of mild baby shampoo, baby bath liquid, baby skin
care products.
Lauryl Hydroxysultaine (LHSB) can be used
as soften recuperate agent. It can also be used as detergent, wetting agent,
thickening agent, antistatic agent and anti-bacterial agent etc.
Lauryl Hydroxysultaine (LHSB) can also be
used in petroleum mining, metal antirust detergent, paint stripping agent, and
hard surface detergents etc.
Recommended dosage: 2.0-5.0%.
Packing in plastic drums or metal drums,
net weight: 200kg.
Storage: store in a dry and cool place,
keep away from sunshine and rain.
Characteristics:
Lauryl Hydroxysultaine (LHSB) has superior
solubility and compatibility.
Lauryl Hydroxysultaine (LHSB) has superior
foaming making capability and remarkable thickening capability.
Lauryl Hydroxysultaine (LHSB) has very low
irritation and antibacterial performance, when compatibly used it can increase
the softness, recuperation and low temperature stability.
Lauryl Hydroxysultaine (LHSB) has better
anti-hard water capability, antistatic capability and foam stabilizing
performance.
Lauryl Hydroxysultaine (LHSB) has good
thickening function to soap base.
LHSB has good rinsing performance, it can
relief skin coarse feeling, make the formula product feel silky and smooth.
LHSB has fantastic thickening capability.
Its thickening performance is better than Cocamidopropyl Betaine (CAB) when
co-used together with SLES, AOS, ASTA etc. It has special higher thickening
performance than fatty acid soap.
In the wide pH range, LHSB have very high
foaming performance, and the foam is more stable than Lauryl Dimethyl Betaine
(BS-12), DSB.
LHSB has superior calcium-soap dispersing
performance and resistance of hard water. So when it is co-used with soap, it
won’t form soap residue.
LHSB is non-toxic (LD50 = 2000 mg/kg or
higher), no irritation (10.0% composition and continuous skin irritation
trial). LHSB doesn’t have the harmful composition such as Sodium
Monochloroacetate or Sodium Dichloroacetate which always contains in
Cocamidopropyl Betaine (CAB), Lauryl Dimethyl Betaine (BS-12).
Lauryl Hydroxysultaine (LHSB) has superior
stability under acidic or alkaline condition, it shows cationic and anionic
surfactant performance.
Lauryl Hydroxysultaine (LHSB) is always
co-used with anionic surfactant, cationic surfactant, non-ionic surfactant, it
has quite good compatibility.
Lauryl Hydroxysultaine (LHSB) is not toxic,
low irritation, easily dissolved in water, it is stable to acid or alkali, it
has copious foams, strong detergency, and also have excellent thickening,
softening, antibacterial, antistatic, anti-hard water performances.
Lauryl Hydroxysultaine (LHSB) can
remarkably improve the softness, recuperation and stability under low
temperature.
Difference between LHSB and CHSB:
LHSB has better foaming capability, higher
irritation, and weaker thickening effect.
CHSB has weaker foaming capability, lower
irritation, and better thickening effect.
Difference between LHSB and general
Betaine:
General betaine has effective active
content around 30%, while LHSB has effective active content around 35%.
